Shipping policy

At this time, we only ship to the United States (and their territories).

Processing times may vary from 2-5 business days. During the summer months, body butters will need time to freeze to prepare for shipping, so shipping times may be a little longer.

Once an order is submitted for processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

New Moon Self Care, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it; therefore we cannot guarantee anything about it. If your package arrives severely damaged, contact your local post office to let them know of your package's condition. If the items are completely destroyed (box is broken, containers are leaking/broken, etc), contact New Moon Self Care via email (newmoonselfcare@gmail.com) with photo evidence.
